Before you use this platform, read this carefully. By accessing or using Vosa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

1. What Vosa Is (and Isn’t)

Vosa is a membership-based educational platform and community designed to help individuals improve how they show up in business and in life.

This is not:

  • A done-for-you service
  • A guarantee of results
  • A replacement for professional, legal, financial, or mental health advice

What you do with what you learn here is on you.

2. Account & Membership

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these terms are violated.

3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled or otherwise stated
  • You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued
  • If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, no refund will be provided

4. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your data. Seriously.

  • We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience

5. Community Standards (Read This Twice)

Vosa is a community. That means how you show up matters.

You agree to:

  • Treat others with respect
  • Engage in good faith
  • Contribute to a positive, constructive environment

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, attack, or demean other members
  • Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • “Call out” individuals in a hostile or destructive way – Moving people forward is expected, even when that requires some “tough love”, tearing people down is not.

This is not that kind of place.

We are building something better.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.

6. No Spam. No Pitch Slapping. No Solicitation.

Let’s be very clear:

You agree not to use Vosa to:

  • Promote your company, product, or service
  • Recruit members into your offers, funnels, or programs
  • Send unsolicited messages, links, or pitches

This is not a marketplace. It’s a community.

Enforcement:

  • First offense → Warning
  • Second offense → Immediate account termination with no refund

No exceptions.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Everything inside Vosa—including courses, materials, and content—is owned by Vosa unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Use content for your personal growth and development

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
  • Share login access
  • Repurpose materials for commercial use without permission

8. User-Generated Content

If you post content inside Vosa:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant Vosa a non-exclusive right to use, display, and share it within the platform
  • Vosa will never use your content or likeness for promotional reasons without your express consent

You are responsible for what you post.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You disrupt the community
  • You use the platform in a way that goes against its intent

If terminated for cause:

  • Your access is revoked
  • No refunds will be issued

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vosa is provided “as is.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Outcomes
  • Business performance
  • Income or success

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vosa shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Decisions you make based on content inside the platform
