What is RejectionCon?

Wes Spencer, Kyle Christiansen, and Alex Farling of Empath Cyber noticed a trend—every talk at every big industry event was the same. Given by the same employees of the same big companies with the same big checkbooks and sponsor packages. Yet there were so many industry leaders sharing great content across social channels that never got heard because they never got stage time. Something had to change.
