For nearly three decades, Erik Boles has built companies, advised founders, coached executives, launched brands, and worked alongside some of the most recognizable names in technology.
Along the way he noticed something.
The people who created the biggest opportunities weren’t always the smartest people in the room. They weren’t always the most technical. They weren’t always the most experienced.
They were the people who knew how to communicate their value, earn trust, build meaningful relationships, and make others feel understood.
What began as helping companies with branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategy gradually evolved into helping people find their voice.
