The path to membership

01     APPLY

All members must be working in the digital or technology industry.

Whether you’re a CEO, founder, marketer, engineer, tech, Sales Pro, Community Builder, or just getting started, we’re interested in one thing:
Your trajectory—not where you are today, but where you’re headed next.

02     INTERVIEW

If you look like a fit “on paper,” we set up a vetting call. This isn’t a sales pitch—it’s a conversation to hear how you think, where you’re headed, what your goals are, your energy, and your empathy.

Our members are ambitious, engaged, and have a contagious sort of generosity that makes us all very proud to be a part of Vosa.

03     COMMUNITY VETO

Current Vosa members can veto applications. This keeps the community high-trust and filters out bad actors or unethical players.

04     REVIEW

The Vosa Board of Advisors review every single application and interview and approve each member.

If you were referred by an existing member that carries significant weight.

 

05     INVITE

If approved, you’ll get the invite! Once you’ve paid your dues, you’ll get immediate access to the digital platform, community, events, and everything inside—there is no gated content or conversations.

Invites usually come a few days after your interview.

 

06     FOUNDRY PLACEMENT

Foundries create proximity to a rare cohort of peers who understand your challenges, challenge your assumptions, and help forge the next version of you.

Placing you in your Foundry with your contemporaries happens after 90 days of joining (it’s carefully curated and can’t be rushed).
